Solid toilet soap. Packed in cardboard boxes with individual flow-pack wrapping.

Route
- Turkey: pickup from the manufacturer’s plant.
- Ocean freight: container vessel to the Port of Novorossiysk.
- Reloading in Novorossiysk:
- reloading was arranged directly in the port to avoid extra costs of moving the cargo to an off-dock warehouse;
- wooden bracing boards were installed at the doors of the rail containers for additional cargo securing;
- an independent surveyor was engaged to supervise the reloading process.
- Rail: container block train to Ulan-Ude station.
- Final delivery: release of containers and transfer to container trucks for delivery to the client’s warehouse.

Minimise
risks during modal transfers. Careful reloading, proper securing for rail
transport, and door delivery.
Result for the client
Due
to a temporary RZD convention restriction on the eastern direction, there was a
risk of delay. The Growex team resolved it through fast coordination with the
rail operator, reducing the waiting time. The client received the cargo in
full.
