Features of transportation
The project focused on loading supervision, meeting rail compliance requirements for DG movement, and changing the export terminal due to shipper constraints. Coordination was managed with the shipper and carriers/operators.
- The shipper requested a terminal change due to increased local charges and constraints at the originally planned port terminal.
- Growex aligned the shipment with rail-stage compliance requirements (including securing/handling acceptance) and implemented the terminal change requested by the shipper.
- Container stuffing was performed by the manufacturer under our supervision, with compliance checks at the loading stage.
- We coordinated delivery to the Qingdao port terminal and ensured on-time vessel loading.
- At the Russian gateway port, we arranged the sea-to-rail handover and dispatch by rail to the Moscow region.
- Final delivery was organised from the rail terminal to the client’s warehouse in the Moscow region.
Result for the client
The cargo was delivered intact and exactly on schedule, fully meeting the client’s requirements and without additional costs.
