Client: a technology leader and benchmark in the poultry industry, one of the largest poultry farms in Northwest Russia.

A fertilizer production line consisting of steel structures, equipment, and an automation control unit, including out-of-gauge / oversized units.
Route
The line was sourced from multiple manufacturers across different European countries. All components were consolidated at one location and shipped as a single lot to Saint Petersburg, Russia.
Client's wishes
Deliver and clear the shipment as one single lot, in line with the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) customs requirements, since the entire production line is classified under a separate HS code.
Features of transportation
- Multiple manufacturers in different countries with different production readiness and lead times.
- Full consolidation of all components was required — a consolidation warehouse in Poland was selected.
- The full lot was shipped to Saint Petersburg, consolidated at a customs bonded warehouse (CBW/CW) and cleared under the standard customs procedure.
Result for the client
The production line was delivered within 1.5 months, in line with the planned timeline, while keeping the “single lot / single HS code” approach throughout the process.
