About the client and the task
This shipment was executed for a Growex partner.

Task: arrange an international shipment of medical equipment from Israel to Russia, with documentation issued via Cyprus.

The project required a tailored approach: the cargo value exceeded USD 500,000, the equipment was highly sensitive, and insurance coverage was mandatory. The customer’s key priorities were on-time delivery, shipment safety, and correct documentation.
Cargo details
Product: NICaS CS system — medical equipment for non-invasive assessment of cardiac function and circulation using bioimpedance technology.

Key characteristics: high value, complex electronics, and strict packaging and air-transport requirements.

For this type of equipment, it is critical to follow airline standards for medical devices and maintain integrity control throughout the route.
Route
Ra’anana (shipper’s warehouse) → Ashdod (repacking and air-prep) → Tel Aviv Airport (Israel) → Russia (airfreight to Moscow, Domodedovo).

Documentation was issued via Cyprus in line with the customer’s requirements.
Client's wishes
  • Ensure full protection of the high-value equipment.

  • Issue documentation via Cyprus in compliance with international requirements.

  • Minimise damage risks during air transportation.

  • Provide confirmed insurance coverage for the entire route.

Features of transportation
  • The equipment was sensitive to vibration and tilting and required enhanced protection during handling and transport.

  • Airline rules limited the weight per piece to 100 kg, so packaging configuration had to be adjusted without opening the manufacturer’s original inner packaging.

  • The customer requested full repacking and full control of all operations, including documentation and insurance.

  • Tilt and shock indicators were installed on each crate to monitor handling conditions.
Result for the client
  • Cargo valued at USD 500,000 was delivered on time and without damage.

  • All insurance and airfreight requirements were met.

  • Documentation was issued correctly with no remarks from either side.

  • The customer received the equipment complete and ready for use.
Feedback
“The equipment arrived in perfect condition and on time. Special thanks for the attention to detail and full control at every stage.”
