Route
From the manufacturer’s plant in China to the client’s production site in Stavropol Krai, Russia.
Two routing options were used:

- Direct trucking from China to Russia with temperature-controlled transport.
- Ocean freight to Vladivostok, then reloading at a warm warehouse into the client’s truck and adding temperature loggers.
Features of transportation
The main focus was temperature control and managing two alternative shipment schemes. One run included an unexpected incident that required a vehicle replacement.

- Arranged direct road transport in a temperature-controlled truck, maintaining the required temperature.
- Planned and executed ocean freight to Vladivostok with reloading at a warm warehouse into a temperature-controlled truck; installed temperature loggers for monitoring.
- When one truck was involved in a road accident near Irkutsk, we arranged a replacement vehicle within two hours.
- Mobilised two teams and reloaded the drums into the replacement truck within 20 minutes to minimise the risk of the cargo cooling down.
Result for the client
The cargo was delivered to the production site within the agreed timeline, with its physico-chemical properties preserved.
